Job summary

ThinkMarkets Group seeks a commercially minded Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Manager to grow ThinkCapital’s partner network and drive customer acquisition and revenue through affiliate and creator partnerships.

You will identify and recruit partners, manage relationships and deliver campaigns connecting ThinkCapital with trader audiences, with emphasis on measurable commercial results.

Qualifications

• Practical experience in affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships or digital marketing.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of affiliate commissions, campaign tracking and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Identify, approach and recruit affiliates, trading educators, content creators and community owners with relevant trader audiences.
• Grow the affiliate program, driving purchases and revenue through new and existing partnerships.
• Negotiate commercial terms, commission structures and promotional opportunities within approved budgets.
• Manage partner onboarding, ensuring affiliates understand ThinkCapital’s products, tracking tools and promotional guidelines.
