ThinkMarkets Group in Chicago, IL is seeking a commercially minded Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Manager to grow ThinkCapital's partner network and drive customer acquisition and revenue through affiliate and creator partnerships. You will identify and recruit relevant partners, manage relationships and deliver campaigns that connect ThinkCapital with trader audiences.

The ideal candidate understands prop trading, trading communities and how to turn partnerships into measurable commercial

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
Experience in affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships or digital marketing.
Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Understanding of affiliate commissions and campaign tracking.
Knowledge of prop trading evaluation programs and trader audiences.
Fintech or trading-related marketing experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

Identify, recruit and grow affiliates and trading educators and content creators.
Build relationships with trading influencers and creators across platforms.
Manage campaign briefs, timelines and budgets for partnerships.
Coordinate assets, links, discount codes and tracking with partners.
Provide performance reports and optimize partner results to meet targets.
