ThinkMarkets Group is seeking a creative Social Media Manager to grow ThinkCapital’s social presence, engage trader audiences, and build an active online community across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Facebook, LinkedIn and more. You will plan, create and publish content, manage daily interactions and use performance insights to drive improvements, aligning with product updates and trading themes.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field.
• Interest in prop trading and an understanding of trader audiences and evaluation programs.
• Experience with Discord, creator collaborations or social media management tools is a plus.
• Strong writing skills and the ability to adapt content for different platforms.
• Hands-on experience managing social channels and creating engaging content.
• Experience in prop trading, fintech or trading-related marketing is a plus.
• Familiarity with short-form video formats, including TikTok, Reels and YouTube Shorts.

• Manage daily audience interactions and coordinate customer queries with Support.
• Translate challenge features, evaluation rules and product benefits into clear, accessible content.
