Job summary

EY is seeking a Sales Manager to accelerate growth across Core Growth by leading a team of Sales Executives, Account Leaders and Geo Sales Leaders. You will also serve as Account Leader and Sales Executive for select Top End Core accounts, reporting to the US Core Growth Sales Leader.

The role emphasizes team leadership, pipeline discipline, and strategic deal execution in a dynamic, global professional services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 12-15+ years’ experience with EY or equivalent at a Global Professional Services firm.
• Proven track record leading sales teams and achieving targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sales Team performance, pipeline health, and quota attainment.
• Act as Account Leader & Sales Executive for select top accounts.
• Build high‑level client relationships with C‑suite stakeholders.
• Drive GTM strategy, pricing rigor, and forecast accuracy.
• Ensure cross‑service‑line collaboration and deal origination.
• Coach teams on sales excellence and strategic account management.
