Polaris Inc. is seeking a data analytics professional to deliver data-driven insights that support revenue growth and profitability.

You will partner with leadership, marketing, finance and sales to translate insights into actionable recommendations across planning, performance tracking and long-term strategy. You will develop weekly and monthly reports, analyze market and consumer data, and ensure data consistency across enterprise reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, marketing, DIT, finance or a related field.
• Proficiency with SQL queries, data modeling and data visualization tools.
• Experience with Snowflake and Python.
• Strong analytical and project management skills; quantitative and qualitative research.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI; effective communication across formats.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across functions and levels; up to 10% travel.
• Not eligible for sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Explore data and techniques to generate meaningful business insights.
• Deliver weekly and monthly insights for leadership, including performance trends and ROI metrics.
• Analyze market, competitor and internal sales data to identify opportunities for profitability.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports with actionable leadership recommendations.
• Use external databases to assess outfitter sales and asset utilization for growth strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to analyze consumer insights along the customer journey.
