Job summary

Polaris Inc. is seeking a Dealer Inventory Retail Analyst to oversee data integrity during a major ordering system launch. You will optimize forecasting, lead times, and dealer inventory performance for the North American network, while coaching dealers and Sales Team members on best practices and new features.

You will analyze KPIs, review performance with cross-functional teams, and support system parameter reviews and enablement efforts to drive adoption and business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Finance, or Accounting, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in a financial or analytical role.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Own execution of Dealer Inventory Retail processes and improve forecasting, lead times, service-level alignment, and dealer inventory performance.
• Serve as the primary contact for dealer support inquiries related to Retail Flow Management.
• Coach dealers and Sales Team members to increase adoption of best practices and system features.
• Update training materials based on common requests and best practices.
• Conduct periodic business reviews to evaluate dealer performance and KPI alignment.
• Monitor dealer performance KPIs and identify trends or deviations from targets.
• Analyze performance deviations to determine root causes and develop tools for action.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and support business objectives.
