One Park Financial is seeking a Director of Growth Hacking & CRO to own the full funnel from first click to funded deal. You will run the experimentation engine, identify leaks in landing pages and the application flow, and launch measurable growth bets that increase funded volume.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in growth marketing, CRO, or product experimentation, ideally in fintech, lending, or lead-gen categories.
• Proven track record of running a structured testing program with measurable revenue impact.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end conversion funnel from ad click to funded deal and set CVR and cost-per-funded targets.
• Build and run a high-velocity experimentation program with a prioritized backlog and clear hypotheses.
• Redesign landing pages and multi-step application flow for mobile-first users to reduce friction.
• Lead bilingual (English/Spanish) experience optimization with native journeys.
• Design and launch growth loops and acquisition experiments (referrals, partnerships, re-engagement).
• Partner with Paid Media to align ad creative and landing page messaging by channel.
• Collaborate with Sales and Underwriting to optimize revenue outcomes rather than form fills.
• Work with analytics tools to instrument tests and provide feedback to ad platforms.
• Build credibility with reviews, product explanations, and compliance disclosures in a regulated space.
• Hire and lead CRO specialists and analysts; report results to executives with revenue impact.
