Job summary

Better i18n is seeking a growth leader to own go-to-market for an AI-powered developer tool in a $60B market reshaped by LLMs. You will shape content, SEO, developer relations, email, and partner GTM, moving beyond blog posts to strategies that help thousands of developers discover us against Crowdin, Lokalise, and Phrase.

You’ll build a content-led growth engine, own SEO program, design onboarding emails, and launch developer community initiatives.

Qualifications

3+ years in growth, content marketing, or developer relations at a B2B SaaS or dev tools company.
You've written technical content that ranked and converted — content that moved pipeline.
Strong understanding of SEO — can audit a site, build a keyword strategy, and execute it.
Comfortable with analytics — you make decisions with data, not vibes.

Responsibilities

Build and execute a content-led growth strategy targeting developer and product team audiences.
Own SEO — programmatic pages, technical content, link building, and SERP monitoring.
Design and run email sequences for onboarding, activation, and expansion.
Launch and manage developer community initiatives (OSS contributions, Discord, events).
Create comparison and competitive positioning content that converts.
Collaborate with engineering on product-led growth experiments.
Track pipeline from first touch to closed deal — own the funnel metrics.
