Squarespace is seeking a Director of GTM & Growth Marketing to build and manage GTM systems. This senior role requires expertise in B2C and B2B strategies, driving growth across business lines. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure cohesive product launches and align global marketing initiatives.

With a focus on efficiency and strategic insights, you’ll lead a team and create impactful GTM playbooks that embody the company's vision and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• 12+ years of experience in growth marketing with global-scale GTM systems.
• Experience in both B2C consumer marketing and B2B models.
• Proven experience building or scaling global GTM playbooks.
• Experience managing GTM in multi-product or multi-business-unit environments.
• Comfortable operating in environments requiring creation of playbooks and processes.
