The Malin Group is seeking a General Manager for our Park City neighborhood workspace. You will own the growth, revenue, and member experience, guiding a team to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will drive sales, manage financial performance, and cultivate a vibrant community while aligning with HQ on growth strategies and brand standards.

Competenze

• Strong understanding of P&L, budgeting, and expense management.
• Proven track record in driving sales and meeting targets.
• Ability to ensure seamless operations and uphold brand standards.
• Experience recruiting, training, and developing teams to high performance.
• Ability to develop and execute growth strategies for local markets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Financial Performance: Own P&L, maximize revenue, minimize costs.
• Sales: Lead with the Membership & Event Sales Manager to attract and retain members.
