Ultimate Longevity Center seeks a General Manager to own day-to-day success and growth of a center, focusing on membership revenue and a premium client experience. You will lead a high-performing team, drive community outreach, and establish the center as the trusted local destination for longevity, performance, and wellness.

This hands-on leadership role requires visible community presence, consultative selling, and grass-roots momentum through partnerships, events, and local outreach.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5+ years of leadership in a sales-focused business; wellness, fitness, healthcare, or premium service backgrounds strongly preferred.
• Proven sales record with activity, follow-up discipline, and revenue generated.
• Proven ability to build local partnerships and execute grassroots marketing initiatives.
• Strong people leadership: hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for sales, membership, retention, and revenue.
• Lead from the front by personally selling memberships, packages, upgrades, and services.
• Build and manage a pipeline from inquiry through enrollment and renewal.
• Coach the team for consultative selling, follow-up, referrals, and conversion.
• Review sales activity and membership trends; adjust plans as needed.
• Partner with ownership and marketing for local offers and enrollment campaigns.
• Serve as the center's visible local ambassador and build community relationships.
• Develop partnerships with gyms, medical and wellness providers, and local businesses.
• Plan pop-ups, talks, screenings, referral events, and neighborhood outreach.
• Turn members into advocates via testimonials, referrals, and events.
• Represent the brand at networking events and local opportunities.
• Oversee daily operations to maintain a premium environment and onboarding journey.
