Shift Workspaces is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead one of our Denver coworking locations. This hands-on role oversees the onsite team, sales and retention, financial performance, daily operations, member experience, and facility management.

The ideal candidate thrives in hospitality-driven environments, enjoys wearing multiple hats, builds relationships, solves problems, and takes ownership of a dynamic workspace.

Formación

• Leadership experience in coworking, hospitality, property operations, office management, customer service, or related field.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence with sales, pricing, contracts, renewals, and member conversations.
• Comfort with budgets, billing, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and take ownership with minimal direction.
• Comfort learning and working across multiple technology platforms.
• Flexibility to balance strategic priorities with hands-on operational needs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and support the onsite team while fostering accountability, collaboration, and exceptional service.
• Own the day-to-day operations and performance of the location.
• Manage the sales process, including tours, prospect follow-up, proposals, memberships, renewals, and retention.
• Build strong member relationships and deliver a welcoming, personalized experience.
• Oversee member onboarding, office moves, transitions, and other key operational processes.
• Plan and execute community programming, events, and hospitality initiatives.
• Monitor revenue, billing, accounts receivable, expenses, budgets, and financial performance.
• Ensure the workspace is clean, functional, well maintained, and ready for members, guests, and tours.
• Manage vendors, maintenance needs, building services, and operational projects.
• Maintain accurate records across CRM, billing, member management, and operational systems.
• Collaborate with Shift leadership and other locations on companywide initiatives.
• Serve as an ambassador for the Shift brand and uphold a high standard across every member and guest interaction.
