Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT). Part-time roles may grow into full-time as caseloads expand, with supervision from BCBA and opportunities to enroll in RBT training.

Roles involve working with children with autism using ABA strategies, collecting data, and partnering with families and clinical teams to support progress. Flexible scheduling and career growth pathways are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience or exposure to ABA therapy or related field preferred.
• Education backgrounds in psychology, education, or related fields are a plus.
• Ability to travel locally if required and transport available.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
