Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support children with autism.

Roles are part-time with growth potential into full-time as caseloads expand, and you will work 1:1 under supervision of a BCBA. PBS provides complimentary RBT training, flexible scheduling, and competitive pay with annual raises, plus a quarterly bonus of $500 for those averaging 25 hours per week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; degree in psychology/education a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to engage clients and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
