Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) invites motivated individuals to join as Entry Level Behavior Assistants or Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT). Part-time roles offer growth into full-time as caseloads expand, with complimentary RBT training and clinical supervision.

PBS emphasizes flexibility, career advancement, and strong support for staff development in serving children with autism at homes, schools and communities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and follow ABA strategies.
• Willingness to travel locally and transport yourself as needed.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
