Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to work with children with autism. Part-time roles with potential growth as caseloads expand, and opportunities to become an RBT through complimentary training.

Roles involve 1:1 ABA sessions under BCBA supervision, data collection, and collaboration with families and clinical teams. Various benefits and a clear growth path are highlighted in the PBS program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; related field degree a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and assist with lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
