Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work with children with autism. Roles include part-time positions with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, and a pathway to become an RBT.

PBS offers training, relocation support as needed, and a supportive, growth-focused environment. All roles require compliance with local licensure and certification requirements where applicable, with opportunities

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; a Bachelor's in Psychology or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.
• Ability to engage with clients, sit on the floor, and transition between seated/standing positions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
