Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support children with autism using ABA techniques under supervision.

Roles offer flexible schedules and growth into full-time positions as caseloads expand. Employees gain complimentary RBT training, travel reimbursement where applicable, and access to a career growth pathway from a Behavior Assistant to an RBT.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education or related field a plus.
• Experience with ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
