Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for part-time roles with growth potential to full-time as caseloads expand.

The organization offers complimentary RBT training, a supportive team environment, and opportunities for advancement toward BCBA goals. Roles involve working 1:1 with children with autism, implementing ABA plans under BCBA supervision, and collaborating with families and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to travel locally (if required).
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and assist with mobility up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
