Qualifications

• Functional Microsoft Office skills.
• Moderate understanding of industry trends, market forces, and customer expectations.
• Basic product knowledge and applications.
• Proficiency with the product catalog.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary interface guiding customers and outside teams.
• Receive and process customer requests via phone, fax, or email.
• Grow knowledge of WEG catalog products to support customer requests.
• Provide pricing, stock, and engineering information to customers.
• Process orders via phone, fax, or email with accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Follow up to ensure customer expectations are met.
• Coordinate with outside sales team to remove obstacles for growth.
• Lead onboarding of new customers and transition to team accounts.
• Other duties as assigned.
