Job summary

Convatec is seeking a dedicated regional sales professional to drive the commercial success of its Advanced Wound Care surgical portfolio within the assigned U.S. territory.

You will collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize strategies, share knowledge, and push performance to achieve annual sales goals. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in medical sales, demonstrated success in competitive markets, and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles while engaging surgeons, OR staff, and other

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• 2+ years of Medical Sales experience in a competitive environment preferred.
• Experience selling in OR or with surgical products is a plus.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Convatec’s surgical portfolio to assigned territory and meet sales targets.
• Develop new target accounts and grow sales with current accounts.
• Create and execute territory plans by analyzing performance and opportunities.
• Ensure product utilization by trained health care professionals in the territory.
• Build relationships across OR, nursing units, physician offices, and care settings.
