Job summary

Convatec is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to promote and sell our medical services across Urology, Pediatric Hospitals and Rehabilitation Hospitals in Michigan's Grand Rapids region. You will manage a defined territory, build relationships with existing clients and win new accounts.

You will collaborate with inside staff, use SPIN selling, and stay within budget while keeping reports up to date. Willingness to travel and strong business acumen are essential.

• Ability to travel within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Convatec services to Urology, Pediatric Hospitals and Rehabilitation facilities.
• Develop territory routing to maximize field time.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and acquire new accounts.
• Utilize SPIN Selling and participate in coaching.
• Monitor territory budget and deadlines for reports.
• Keep Territory Binder up-to-date and coordinate with manufacturers.
