Job summary

Convatec is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to oversee a designated geographic area in the United States in Washington. You will promote and sell Convatec services to Urologists, Pediatric Hospitals, and Rehabilitation Hospitals, while maintaining existing client relationships and establishing new accounts through proactive outreach.

In this role you will route territories, collaborate with inside staff, and continuously improve sales skills using SPIN.

Responsibilities

• Promote Convatec services to Urologists, Pediatric Hospitals and Rehabilitation Hospitals within assigned territory.
• Develop territory routing to maximize field time.
• Collaborate with inside staff to service patients and facilities.
• Monitor territory budget and deadlines for management paperwork.
• Maintain territory Binder information and track facility calls with ACT.
• Communicate insurance opportunities and challenges within market.
• Identify local competitors and opportunities for growth.
• Partner with manufacturer reps as needed.
