Job summary

WhiteWater Express is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, coach a team of 8–12 employees, and ensure a safe, high‑quality customer experience from drive‑up to drive‑out.

The role will cover shifts in the absence of the General Manager, with a base salary of $47,500–$55,000 plus a bonus potential. Expect 45–50 hours per week and opportunities for career advancement within a rapidly growing business.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; combination of experience and education considered.
• 1–3 years of assistant management or key holder experience in retail, hospitality, or fast-paced environments.
• Experience supervising teams of 8–12 employees with hiring, training, scheduling and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate a positive, customer-focused workplace culture and coach team members.
• Lead GM responsibilities during their absence to ensure seamless operations.
• Deliver a safe, clean, and high-quality experience for customers and employees from entry to exit.
• Educate customers on wash products, packages, memberships, and promotions to support satisfaction and sales.
• Support daily operations, scheduling, and task completion to meet business needs and site standards.
• Drive revenue growth by coaching staff and optimizing customer interactions.
