Job summary

WhiteWater Express is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, coach a 8–12 person team, and maintain a safe, high-quality customer experience. You will cover GM responsibilities during their absence, drive sales, and uphold safety and service standards across shifts.

The role requires 1–3 years in a supervisory capacity in retail or hospitality, with a strong focus on leadership, communication, and problem solving. Competitive base pay with bonus potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or considered with relevant experience.
• 1–3 years of key holder or assistant management experience in retail or hospitality.
• Experience supervising teams of 8–12 employees; car wash experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead team culture and coach for service excellence.
• Deliver a safe, clean, 5-star experience for customers and staff.
• Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and shift tasks.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with facilities/IT as needed.
• Drive revenue growth through coaching and KPI-driven activities.
• Assist GM with payroll and administrative tasks; ensure safety compliance.
