You'll guide paid advertising, SEO, analytics, and website projects, while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, web services, marketing operations, or related field.
• Strong working knowledge of SEO, SEM/PPC, websites, analytics, and digital marketing.
• Experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, GA4, Looker Studio, and SEMrush.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Self-motivated, accountable, and eager to learn.

Your Mission

PostcardMania is looking for a Digital Marketing & Web Operations Manager to help lead and optimize our digital marketing and web services. We're looking for a well-rounded digital marketing professional who understands how paid advertising, SEO, websites, analytics, creative, and conversion work together to drive results. You'll receive extensive one-on-one training on our products, systems, processes, and management practices while taking on increasing leadership responsibility.

What You'll Do

• Help oversee the day-to-day operations of Website Services, SEM, and SEO
• Manage workflow, priorities, deadlines, quality control, and on-time delivery
• Monitor team productivity, performance metrics, and customer satisfaction
• Review work and identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
• Help troubleshoot customer and internal issues and provide product guidance
• Work with Sales, Customer Support, and other teams to resolve issues and improve the customer experience
• Help with staffing, scheduling, training, coaching, and team development
• Analyze reporting and performance data to identify problems and opportunities
• Stay current with digital marketing platforms, technology, and best practices
• Gradually take on more responsibility for team leadership and department operations

What You Should Know

We're looking for a broad digital marketing and web professional, not someone who specializes in just one area.

• Paid Advertising: Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, DSP/programmatic advertising, campaign performance, conversion tracking, and attribution
• SEO & Websites: SEO fundamentals, domains, DNS, hosting, site architecture, metadata, crawling/indexing, redirects, CMS platforms, analytics, UX, responsive design, and basic HTML/CSS concepts
• Marketing & Conversion: Direct-response copywriting, landing pages, offers, CTAs, branding, campaign continuity, and conversion-focused design
• Analytics & Problem Solving: Ability to interpret performance data, troubleshoot issues, and turn findings into action
• Leadership: Ability to prioritize, communicate clearly, manage multiple projects, and coach/support a team

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, web services, marketing operations, or a related field

Strongly Preferred

• Team lead, supervisory, or informal leadership experience
• Experience training or mentoring others
• Experience with project/workflow coordination, QA, or performance reporting
• Digital agency or marketing services experience
• Experience handling customer issues or escalations
