The role involves both inbound and outbound calls, asking follow-up questions, and helping customers decide, including conversations about money. The ideal candidate has a background in customer service or sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to learn quickly in a performance‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays.
• Pre-employment screenings must be satisfactorily completed.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Able to communicate with customers in person and over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Interact directly with customers to understand needs and guide them through financial solutions.
• Handle inbound and outbound conversations; ask follow‑up questions and help customers make decisions, including money discussions.
