Job summary

Tennessee Title Loans, Inc. is seeking a customer-facing, performance-driven professional to work with customers and guide them through financial solutions.

You will handle inbound and outbound calls, ask follow-up questions, and help customers make decisions including money-related conversations. Ideal candidates have prior customer service or sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to learn quickly.

Qualifications

• Customer service, sales, or collections experience
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and in person
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays.
• Satisfactory completion of pre-employment screenings
• Reliable form of personal transportation and valid Driver’s License
• Fluent in English and Spanish a plus

Responsibilities

• Directly interact with customers to understand needs and guide them through financial solutions
• Handle inbound and outbound conversations and ask follow-up questions
• Guide customers through decisions including conversations about money
• Engage in conversations with hesitant customers and maintain motivation
• Follow coaching and feedback to improve performance
• Contribute to a structured, goal-driven environment
