Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–2 years in freight brokerage/3PL with growth potential.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong understanding of industry trends and self-motivation.
• Customer service, communication, and computer skills.
• Ability to influence culture and collaborate across levels.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate rates with carriers to maximize profitability and efficiency.
• Schedule and coordinate shipments end-to-end.
• Use software tools to locate carrier equipment.
• Track and trace shipments and resolve transit issues.
• Update Account Manager on service issues and status.
• Source new carriers and negotiate rates for efficiency and growth.
• Conduct market research for customer quotes and spot opportunities.
• Support pursuing new business opportunities.
