• Experience as Sales Director in B2B Flavor/Fragrance/Chemicals Ingredients (distributor/manufacturer mix).
• Strong new business & key account leadership capabilities.
• Proven ability to drive growth via category management strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute ingredient category management strategies to drive sales and profit growth.
• Analyse market trends, customer insights and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Build relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment across the business.
