INNOVA NW is seeking a Sales Administrator to support our growing sales operation in Oregon. This entry-level role keeps the pipeline moving, maintains data accuracy, informs clients, and helps the team stay organized.

You'll work closely with sales leadership and interact with customers regularly, with clear upward mobility as you learn the business. You’ll develop skills in CRM management, lead generation, and proposal support, while contributing to a fast-paced, growth-focused team.

Responsibilities

• Distribute and track inbound leads to ensure opportunities aren’t missed.
• Reach out to potential customers and existing clients to generate interest and schedule appointments.
• Support inside sales by following up on quotes and open proposals.
• Maintain and update the CRM to keep contacts and pipeline current.
• Generate and send weekly sales reports to management and team.
• Assist with proposal and contract preparation and filing.
• Coordinate between sales and internal departments for smooth handoffs.
• Schedule site walks, calls, and client meetings for the sales team.
• Support client onboarding with welcome communications and initial steps.
• Maintain organized records of bids, contracts, and client documentation.
• Identify process gaps and help build better workflows.
