Sightline Intelligence in Hood River, Oregon is seeking a Sales Administrator to support the Commercial team in a full-time role. Based in Hood River, the position focuses on onboarding, data management, order execution, and cross-functional coordination to ensure accurate customer service and efficient sales operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred, or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• 2+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, sales operations, or related administrative role.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to travel approximately 5% for trade shows or events.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate customer onboarding by collecting documentation and maintaining account records.
• Support Account Managers by maintaining customer, opportunity, quote, and sales order records (NetSuite).
• Maintain account documentation, legal agreements, and other customer records.
• Track sales activities, prepare routine reports, and support the sales process.
• Provide onboarding and support across cross-functional teams including Product, Planning, Finance, and Engineering.
