Qualifications

• English language proficiency for clear speech and reading.
• Strong math and computer literacy (Windows-based).

Responsibilities

• Leads Operations Excellence: directs prep and sale of products and maintains facilities.
• Leads Customer Promise Delivery: motivates team to exceed customer expectations.
• Builds Team Talent: coaches crew and management, recruits and retains talent.
• Manages Restaurant Profit and Loss: plans sales, expenses, and profits; oversees inventory.
• Ensures Restaurant Compliance: enforces food safety, security, and policies.
