The GM will oversee daily operations, recruit and develop the team, manage costs, and collaborate with corporate partners on promotions and community outreach. Must have restaurant leadership experience and a passion for hospitality.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in restaurant management or similar leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive sales, and maintain service standards.
• Strong interpersonal skills to motivate staff and ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure guest satisfaction and efficiency.
• Lead and develop management team and crew, including hiring, training, and performance reviews.
