Job summary

Burger King Naperville seeks a hands-on Restaurant Assistant Manager to lead daily operations and develop Servant Leaders who put people and the brand first. The role emphasizes coaching, scheduling, and maintaining high guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

You will train new hires, supervise shifts, monitor service speed, and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and financial goals while keeping the restaurant welcoming and clean.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.
