Job summary

Burger King is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Manager in Humble, TX to lead daily operations and coach a fast-paced team. You will focus on guest satisfaction, staff development, and achieving financial goals.

You will develop leaders, ensure product quality, and maintain HACCP standards while delivering a welcoming, clean restaurant environment. This role requires 1-2 years supervisory experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivates, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

• Reviews sales and scheduling to ensure Quality, Service and Cleanliness (QSC) will be met
• Ensures accuracy of daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP Logs
• Reviews inventory efficiencies to create product orders
• Evaluates and implements cost controls
• Monitors people charts and production planning and makes necessary adjustments
• Creates and monitors schedule and manages new team members on-boarding process
• Implements action plans to address employee needs and Operational Assessments
