Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide a consistent optimal customer experience on the cash line and on the phone.
• Handle deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other teller transactions.
• Answer inquiries regarding products and services and fulfill basic servicing requests.
• Develop relationships with customers and stay informed about their banking needs.
• Educate customers on digital banking offerings and solutions.
• Assist teammates with tasks to aid in customer problem resolution.
• Refer customers to internal experts for complex financial goals.
• Adhere to bank processes, policies, and regulatory requirements.
