Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels.
• Ability to use a computer on a frequent basis, including typing and sustained attention to a monitor.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to twenty (20) pounds.

Responsibilities

• Handle cash transactions and provide teller services for deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
• Answer inquiries about products and services; fulfill basic servicing requests (new/replacement cards, changes, PIN resets, checks).
• Develop relationships with customers and stay informed about their banking needs.
• Educate customers on digital banking options (mobile, online, ATM).
• Assist team with routine tasks to resolve customer issues.
• Refer complex needs to internal experts to meet customer goals.
• Follow bank processes and regulatory requirements; manage operational risks.
• Aim to meet branch targets by guiding customers to Regions solutions.
• May conduct outbound calls to educate on emerging technology and meet financial needs.
