Job summary

Campers Inn RV is seeking a Regional Service and Parts Director to oversee the Kingston, NH locations' parts and service managers. This role drives profitability, ensures customer satisfaction, and upholds our core values across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid Driver's License and good driving record are required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an automotive service department.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Ability to lead a team following the Campers Inn vision and culture.
• Excellent communication and managerial skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop profitable fixed operations through agreed upon volume and productivity.
• Work with department managers to improve profitability and efficiency with a focus on meeting departmental expense ratios, balance of internal/external/warranty work, and personal productivity.
• Monitor technician and shop productivity to reduce inefficiencies and lost time; monitor and develop inventory control plans to increase turns and decrease obsolescence.
• Assist in the development of the yearly budget, and track departmental performance against the budget.
• Develop and manage a high performing staff, both in terms of performance and morale.
• Live the company's core values and hold all employees accountable to those values.
• Direct the hiring and training of departmental personnel.
• Ensure training guidelines are met and individual/team developmental goals are accomplished.
• Achieve and sustain a high level of customer satisfaction, hospitality, and loyalty.
• Ensure a positive relationship with customers continues through friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff.
• Develop customer referrals and repeat business through friendly and efficient service and by resolving customer issues in a timely manner.
