Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Four-year degree is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the RV industry or comparable experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and managerial skills.
• Ability to operate the department profitably within dealership guidelines.
• Knowledge of regulations that affect daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall direction for the location as an inspirational leader, including meeting financial goals and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and manage a high performing staff with training and morale, and ensure adherence to standards.
• Hiring and monitoring department managers, conducting sales training and weekly meetings.
• Attend to customer complaints and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Oversee inventory display, merchandising, and ordering of new and used RVs.
• Audit appraisals of trade-in RVs and manage dealership records.
