You will conduct open houses, consult with buyers, negotiate offers, and contribute to listing strategies with the team. A strong sales mindset and client-focused service are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Licensed real estate professional with strong interpersonal skills.
• Must have active real estate license in good standing.
• Proven ability to generate leads and convert prospects.

Responsabilités

• Lead generate for 15 hours a week.
• Conduct two open houses monthly.
• Consult with buyers and secure buyer agreements.
• Negotiate offers for buyers and sellers.
• Track activities in Brivity Technology.
• Convert prospecting and lead generation to appointments.
• Practice scripts weekly with the team.
• Assist in listing consultations and pricing strategies.
