Responsabilidades

• Prospect and generate your own leads, 15+ hours a week.
• Convert leads to appointments and appointments to signed clients.
• Consult with buyers and sellers, negotiate offers, and guide transactions start to finish.
• Conduct open houses and build your local market expertise.
• Track activity and clients in Brivity Technology.
• Practice and internalize team scripts through weekly role-play.
• Show up to team meetings and pull your weight as part of the group.
