This full-time, in-office role at our Broadview Heights headquarters partners with leasing, maintenance, and accounting teams to ensure property performance, resident satisfaction, and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience and knowledge in the property management industry.
• Experience managing portfolios and maintaining client relationships.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners and residents.
• Provide updates on maintenance, leases, property performance, and turnovers.
• Coordinate onboarding of new owners and properties with internal teams.
• Manage lease renewals, move-ins/outs, and move-out inspections.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure rent collections and vendor coordination.
