Job summary

Jamico Properties, a DBA of Jamison Management Company, is seeking an experienced Property Supervisor to oversee a portfolio of residential properties in the South Bay area. You will lead Resident Managers, implement processes, and ensure operational excellence.

The role is full-time, exempt, with responsibilities including vacancy management, client relations, property improvements, budgeting, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of management or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of California landlord-tenant laws for residential property management.
• Active DRE license preferred and CAM or similar accreditation preferred.
• Experience with property management software; Rent Manager experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Resident Managers to ensure company standards.
• Advertise and lease vacant units; manage vacancy turns efficiently.
• Prepare and distribute weekly portfolio reports and budgets.
• Oversee property improvements, maintenance, and capital projects.
• Maintain strong client relationships and resolve escalated issues.
