Evernest is seeking a motivated Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a residential portfolio in Ohio. This role emphasizes owner satisfaction, cross-functional collaboration, and strong coordination across leasing, maintenance, and resident services.

Responsibilities include leasing oversight, rent collection, and budget management, with a focus on compliance and process improvement to drive NOI and KPI attainment. Competitive base salary with incentive potential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Active Ohio State Real Estate Sales License required, transfer to Evernest at start of employment.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in single family or multi-family property management.
• You will work daily from the Evernest office in your market.

Responsabilidades

• Provide outstanding service to our property owners.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of residential properties including leasing, rent collection, and maintenance.
• Ensure properties comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Coordinate with technicians, contractors and vendors for maintenance and repair work.
• Manage budgets and financial records for the properties.
• Dispatch field team members to conduct inspections and ensure properties are well maintained.
• Develop and implement policies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of property management.
• Stay up-to-date on local market trends and competitor activity.
• Drive financial performance by maximizing NOI.
