Consigli Construction seeks a Project Development Manager to drive new business and manage client relationships across Life Science, Healthcare, Higher Education, and more in Raleigh and beyond. You will lead BD efforts, engage with architects and owners, and help grow the North Carolina office while aligning with regional plans.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 10+ years of BD experience in the A/E/C sector, a proven track record, and willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• BD experience (5+ years) in construction with a successful track record.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong network within local A/E/C community.
• Evaluate target geographies/market sectors to identify opportunities and align with the Consigli model.
• Understand Client Account Plan strategies for key clients and their needs.
• Develop strategic relationships with architects, developers, owners and OPMs to identify opportunities.
• Lead the Go/No-Go analysis and determine resources and timing for proposals.
• Prepare interview teams with Operational Leads for successful proposals.
• Align with Regional Office Business Plans and assist in business planning.
• Mentor junior BD and Operations team members to ensure future success.
• Participate in industry organizations and trade shows to grow the Consigli brand.
• Manage and update the CRM to reflect real-time opportunity status and actions.
