Job summary

Capital Group seeks a seasoned Advisor Practice Management Consultant to deliver workshops and consulting to financial advisors and partner firms. The role involves extensive travel, presenting at meetings, and developing practice-management curricula to empower growth.

You will collaborate across teams, educate top advisors on leadership and PM topics, and contribute to Capital Group’s client-focused, high-energy culture while engaging in hybrid/ flexible work options wherever available.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or master’s degree required.
• Minimum 15 years in the financial services industry.
• Experience as a financial advisor or similar sales role.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience speaking about PM topics.
• Team contributor, innovative and results-driven.
• Creative in developing practice management curricula.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver presentations, workshops, and consulting to top financial advisors and partner firms.
• Travel with sales force members and represent Capital Group at meetings.
• Moderate and consult at advisor events, webinars, and forums.
• Develop new PM program curricula and experiences.
• Collaborate with PM marketing and internal partners on program development.
