Job summary

Stratos Wealth Partners is seeking a Relationship Manager to serve as the primary liaison for a regional portfolio of affiliated advisors. You will manage day-to-day service, develop growth plans, and coordinate across teams to deliver on commitments.

You will build trusted advisor relationships, drive platform adoption, and lead client reviews to ensure the enterprise meets its promises and grows with partner firms.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of relevant experience in wealth management, RIAs, advisor platforms, custody, or related client-facing financial-services environments.
• Proven success managing ongoing business relationships and coordinating solutions across multiple internal teams.
• Working knowledge of advisor practice models, wealth-management operations, investment concepts, platform technology, and the regulatory environment supporting RIAs and hybrid firms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship lead for an assigned regional portfolio of Stratos-affiliated advisors and firms, handling day-to-day service coordination and long-term business planning.
• Build trusted relationships with advisors and staff; learn their business models and priorities; maintain an engagement cadence.
• Develop relationship plans capturing objectives, opportunities, risks, commitments, and next actions to drive growth and efficiency.
• Lead business reviews aligning relationship goals with service performance and platform capabilities.
• Monitor relationship health, identify retention risks, and coordinate timely interventions through established channels.
