Hartford Steam Boiler (HSB) seeks a Portfolio Underwriter to drive profitable growth and long-term portfolio performance through tailored white-label programs. You’ll lead underwriting judgment, pricing adequacy, and risk quality across client portfolios.

You’ll monitor portfolio evolution with the Client Integration Team, using analytics to address risks, strengthen retention, and optimize outcomes. Collaboration across teams shapes product strategy and differentiated solutions.

Formación

• The candidate has a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 5+ years in P&C insurance or reinsurance.
• Underwriting experience of 3+ years is preferred with proven profitability targets.
• Ability to translate data into actionable underwriting decisions and insights.
