Job summary

ID.me is seeking an experienced Product Marketing leader to shape messaging for the consumer-facing digital identity wallet and verification experience. You will work across product, engineering, design, and legal to translate privacy and security into clear, trusted consumer communications.

This role focuses on growth-oriented messaging for wallet features and related services, with end-user trust at the core.

Qualifications

8 years in product marketing, ideally with exposure to regulated or trust-sensitive sectors.
Experience partnering with Product, Eng, Design, Legal on launches and positioning.
Comfort using funnel metrics and data in decision making.
Experience with Legal/Trust & Safety on external-facing language.
Excellent written communication with readiness for redlines.

Responsibilities

Own positioning and messaging for the consumer-facing digital identity wallet and verification experience.
Translate privacy and security practices into consumer-facing copy that builds trust.
Drive transactions growth with improved product messaging and lifecycle communications.
Lead go-to-market for consumer-facing feature launches (Wallet updates, affiliate program, self-service features).
Ensure messaging consistency across blog, social, help center, and support channels.
Advocate for end-user perspective in B2B/B2G context and resolve conflicts with partner requirements.
Spearhead consumer research to inform marketing and product roadmap.
Monitor public sentiment and coordinate with Comms/PR on crisis responses.
